Why teams switch
What changes for your team
| The challenge today | With Tracbi |
|---|---|
| Notices are scattered across SAM.gov and hundreds of state, county and city portals. | One search across federal, state and local notices, refreshed every day. |
| Hours go to reading solicitations that were never a fit. | A Fit score and an AI Brief before anyone opens a 200-page PDF. |
| Amendments slip by and due dates move without notice. | Amendments linked to the original notice, and due dates on a shared calendar. |
| The pipeline lives in spreadsheets and inboxes. | One pipeline with owners, stages, bid/no-bid calls and comments. |
| Documents disappear when a portal takes a notice down. | Attachments copied and kept with each notice. |
| Security reviews stall the purchase. | Security, privacy, subprocessors and SLA published; SSO, MFA and audit logs built in. |
How it works
From your profile to the award
1. Build your company profile
A five-step setup. Enter your UEI and your NAICS codes and set-asides fill in from your SAM.gov registration. Add keywords, product and service codes, and the places you work.
2. Tracbi collects every day
New and amended notices from SAM.gov and from state, county and city portals, with their attachments copied and kept.
3. Every notice is scored
Fit rates each solicitation from 0 to 100 against your profile and shows why. The best matches appear in Recommended for You.
4. Your team qualifies
Read the AI Brief, discuss in comments, and record a bid/no-bid decision with its reason.
5. Track it to award
Move pursuits from Triage to Won or Lost on a shared board, table or calendar, with alerts in Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Find, qualify, win
Everything from the first notice to the decision
Find
Search every level of government at once
Discover searches notices and their attachments across SAM.gov and state and local portals. Ask AI turns a plain-English question into filters you can see and change. Save a search and new matches come to Slack or Microsoft Teams.

Qualify
Know why a notice fits, and what it asks for
Fit shows the reason behind every point. The AI Brief lists what the solicitation requires, marked must or should, and maps Sections C, L and M to the pages they came from.

Win
Run the pursuit in one shared pipeline
Move pursuits from Triage through Qualify, Capture, Proposal and Submitted to Won or Lost. Give each one an owner, record the bid/no-bid call with its reason, and keep the discussion in comments.

MCP: ask Claude about any RFP
Connect Claude or another MCP client, and your assistant searches every solicitation with your role and team.
Try asking your assistant

- “Which new SAM.gov notices this week match our team profile?”
- “Open the top result and tell me its set-aside, NAICS code and due date.”
Your data stays yours
Requests go only to AI providers that keep no copy of them, and your data is never used to train models. Admins can limit AI to admins or turn it off.

FAQ
Questions we hear
Which sources do you cover?
SAM.gov contract opportunities, and 80 state, county and city procurement portals in 44 jurisdictions, as of 1 October 2026. The coverage page lists every one.
How often do you check them?
Every source is checked once a day. The public status page shows how fresh each feed is.
Do you cover my state?
We cover 38 states, DC and 5 territories, with county and city portals in several of them. Check the full list, and ask us for any portal that's missing. Federal work in every state comes through SAM.gov.
How does Fit work?
Fit scores each notice from 0 to 100 against your profile: NAICS code 30, set-aside 20, product or service code 15, place of performance 15, keywords 15 and estimated value 5 points. Each point shows its reason, so you can see why a notice scored as it did. More on Fit.
What's an AI credit?
One AI Brief costs one credit, and a saved brief is free to open again. Plans include 25, 200 and 1,000 credits a month. How credits work.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. AI requests go only to providers that keep no copy of them and don't train on them, and we never use your data to train models.
How does the trial work?
14 days with the Team plan's limits, and no card needed. Plans start at $39 a month, billed annually.
How long does setup take?
An afternoon. Enter your UEI and your codes and set-asides fill in from SAM.gov, save the searches that matter, connect Slack or Microsoft Teams, and invite your team.
Do you have SOC 2 or FedRAMP?
Not today. We don't hold a SOC 2 report or a FedRAMP authorization, and Tracbi isn't built to hold Controlled Unclassified Information. Our security page says exactly where we stand.
Can the AI read scanned PDFs?
Not yet. AI Brief reads the text in attachments; an image-only scan has no text to read, and the document viewer tells you when that's the case.
