Find, read and track public-sector solicitations
What Tracbi gives a capture or business-development team, from the first notice to the award: one search across federal, state and local portals, a score that explains itself, a brief of every long solicitation, and a pipeline the whole team shares.
Find
One search across federal, state and local notices
SAM.gov opportunities plus state, county and city procurement portals, collected every day and kept up to date as notices are amended.
- Search the notices, or the text inside their attachments, and filter by level of government, state, due date, NAICS code, set-aside and notice type.
- Ask AI in plain English: ask for “cybersecurity assessments for school districts in Virginia” and get matching solicitations, filtered by your team's profile. The question becomes filters you can see and change.
- Recommended for You puts the notices that best fit your company profile on your home page.
- Documents kept with the notice: attachments are stored with each opportunity, so the RFP is still there after the portal takes it down.
- Amendments to SAM.gov notices are linked to the original notice, so a new due date or document shows up in one place.

Fit score
A score from 0 to 100 that shows its reasons
Fit rates every solicitation against your company profile. Each factor earns its points when it matches, none when it doesn't, and half when the notice is a partial match or doesn't say. Every point comes with its reason.
| Factor | Points |
|---|---|
| NAICS code | 30 |
| Set-aside | 20 |
| Product or service code | 15 |
| Place of performance | 15 |
| Keywords | 15 |
| Estimated value | 5 |
| Total | 100 |
| Band | Score |
|---|---|
| Strong fit | 75 to 100 |
| Good fit | 50 to 74 |
| Partial fit | 25 to 49 |
| Low fit | Below 25 |
A factor your profile leaves blank is left out, so the score is out of the factors you set. For example, a notice coded NAICS541512 earns all 30 NAICS points for a company with that code.
AI Brief
What a 200-page solicitation asks for, with the page it came from
AI Brief reads the documents attached to a notice and gives your team what it needs for a bid decision, with a page reference for every point.
- Summary: a plain-language overview of what the agency is buying and what matters most.
- Checklist: each requirement marked must or should, so nothing mandatory is missed.
- Compliance matrix: Section C work, Section L instructions and Section M evaluation, mapped to their pages.
A brief costs 1 AI credit and is saved, so everyone on your team can open it again without spending another. A citation that doesn't point to the source documents is removed before you see the brief.
It reads the text of attachments. Image-only scans, such as a signed form saved as a picture, can't be read yet; the document viewer says when a file has no text.
Requests go only to AI providers that keep no copy of your data, and your data is never used to train models. How we handle AI.
| Section | Requirement | Level | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| C.3 | Migrate the benefits case-management system to an authorized cloud environment. | Must | p. 12 |
| L.4 | Keep the technical volume to 30 pages or fewer. | Must | p. 41 |
| M.2 | Show past performance on two contracts of similar size. | Should | p. 47 |
