AI credits
What's an AI credit?
One AI Brief costs 1 AI credit. Each plan gets a monthly grant: 25 on Starter, 200 on Team and 1,000 on Enterprise.
- A brief is saved once it's made, so opening a saved brief costs nothing.
- Unused credits carry over for up to 2 months: a balance holds at most 3 months of your grant.
- Ask AI searches turn your question into filters and are included in every plan.
Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new team gets 14 days with the Team plan's limits, and no card is needed to start.
How much does annual billing save?
Up to 20% compared with paying month to month for a year. Enterprise is billed annually only.
Can we add seats?
Team includes 5 seats; each extra seat is $180 a year ($19 month to month), up to 25. Enterprise includes 50; each extra seat is $96 a year, up to 250. A seat counts a member or a pending invitation.
Can Enterprise pay by invoice?
Yes. Enterprise is billed annually, and we can invoice your company. Email support@shannoncyber.ai to set it up.
