MCP server
Ask Claude about any RFP
Connect Claude, including Claude Cowork, or another MCP client to Tracbi. Assistants can search every solicitation, open full details and read your team profile. Every tool is read-only: an assistant can't change your pipeline, profile or settings.
| Tool | What it does | Access |
|---|---|---|
| search_rfps | Search federal, state, county and city solicitations in one query, in plain English or with filters, scoped to your team's profile. | Read-only |
| get_rfp | Open the full details of one solicitation. | Read-only |
| get_team_profile | Read your team's profile: offerings, keywords, NAICS codes and preferred states and levels. | Read-only |
Each person connects through OAuth, so the assistant acts with that person's own role and team, and loses access when they do. Admins can switch MCP access off for the team.
Example prompts
- “Find open solicitations for cloud migration services in Virginia, federal or state, due in the next 30 days.”
- “Which new SAM.gov notices this week match our team profile?”
- “Open the details for the second result and tell me its due date, set-aside and NAICS code.”
- “What keywords and NAICS codes is our team profile using?”
Setup steps are in Learning, the in-app guides.
API
Scoped API keys
Admins issue keys limited to what an integration needs. Keys expire after 30, 90, 180 or 365 days, or never if you choose. Every key created, rotated, revoked or expired is recorded in the audit log, with its name and last four characters, never the secret.
| Scope | What it allows |
|---|---|
| rfp:read | Search and read postings, briefs, the team's profile, pipeline and activity. |
| search:ai | Run AI search and generate AI Briefs, which spend the team's AI credits. |
| pipeline:write | Add, move and update pursuits. |
| comments:write | Comment and assign. |
| alerts:manage | Manage saved searches, alerts and the team's search profile. |
| export:run | Run exports. |
A key can never manage the team, billing, other API keys or the audit log.
Alerts
Slack and Microsoft Teams
Connect a Slack or Microsoft Teams channel with an incoming webhook, and saved-search alerts post there: instantly (checked every hour), daily or weekly. How alerts work.
Audit-log streaming (Enterprise)
Your audit log in your SIEM
On Enterprise, stream the team's audit log to a destination such as Datadog, Splunk or Amazon S3, set up through our identity provider's admin portal. What the audit log records.
Exports
CSV, Excel and a full ZIP
Export search results or the pipeline to CSV or Excel, and download the whole team's data as a ZIP at any time. Export limits by plan.
Coming next
Salesforce and HubSpot
Sending pursuits to Salesforce and HubSpot is next on our list, with no date yet. Until then, the API and exports carry your pipeline to any CRM.
